How long will it take to make my item?

The time it takes to make each item is dependant on the item, please look at the product description for information.
When will I receive my item?

Items will be dispatched within 3 working days once it has been completed. Please remember items have different processing times and consider we may be working on other orders at the time of your purchase, therefore your order could be added to a waiting list. We endover to keep you updated via email. If our you purched an made to order items made out of resin will take 21 days to fully cure after creation.Therefore we will only ship the items once 21 days curing period has concluded.
What is your return/refund policy?

All our products are Made to Order and and due to the personalised nature we can not accept returns or offer a refund, but we will work with you should you have any concerns.
The colour looks slightly different than the pictures?

We use different lighting when taking photographs of our items to expose product detailing, therefore colours may vary slightly.
Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel within 48hours of the order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, we can not accept any changes.
To where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept majority of Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Clearpay & PayPal payments.
